

Company History:
Lowi Ltd started trading on the 1st September 2005. Starting off originally as an online shop and computer consultancy business, this enabled the development of My Local Services, a UK wide business directory. The consultancy side of the business wound down, as efforts concentrated on marketing and growing the business directory. The online shop was rebranded as My Local Shopping in 2008, a UK wide shopping portal. UK success with My Local Services has led to the launch of My Local Services USA in August 2009, and shortly after, the US and UK Business Forums was launched, offering a friendly spam free business community.
Company Ethos:
Lowi Ltd aims to introduce old fashioned customer service values to the modern digital age. Any enquires are aimed to be answered within a maximum of 24 hours, and any issues or problems are resolved as fast as possible. As each site is developed, any user or customer feedback is evaluated and incorporated where possible. Lowi aims to be socially aware and to be a good neighbour. Courtesy listing and advertising is offered on the My Local Services Business Directories for charities and good causes, and Lowi's chosen charity is the UK Air Ambulance.
